    DO NOT, I repeate DO NOT listen to the first post. What she is telling you to do is considered mortgage fraud. If it is an investment property, then that is exactly what it is. A 2nd home is not an income property, and misrepresenting an income property as a 2nd home IS fraud.
    With that being said, I deal with investors on the regular basis. There are certain lenders that will allow you to have a total of 20 financed properties (investment). It’s all in how your portfolio is structured. It is good that you have a LLC, now you just need to be shown how to properly structure your portfolio for future transactions. Give me a call, and we can set up a time that we can sit down and disuss what you are trying to do and how to structure it. Remember guidelines are not written in stone, it’s all in how you have everything structured that dictates what you are and are not able to do.
