I have tried Prosper and they said I wasn’T who I said I was and I didn’t live where I was living. They in a way said I was a fraud.

Go to a relative or friend. It’s a good way to build a relationship and build trust. If things are as bad as you say they are, any family member or friend will jump at the chance to loan you money. It sounds like a good, sound business opportunity.
